Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and deliver excellent customer service as we help buyers design their dream home. The role includes sourcing new customers, guiding them through the design and purchase, and coordinating with lenders and construction teams.

The ideal candidate will drive sales while maintaining high service standards, building relationships with customers, realtors, and team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle with a valid driver’s license and be able to drive day or night.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover customer goals and present DR Horton as best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with realtors and manage time to hit targets.
