The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a sales-oriented environment, exceptional communication skills, and a college degree (BA preferred). A valid driver's license is required, and weekend/holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• College degree, preferably a B.A. in business, marketing, or related curriculum recommended.
• 1 – 2 years business experience, preferably in a sales-oriented environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in one-on-one and group settings; driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts.
• Follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and analyze area competition.
