Lennar in Corpus Christi, Texas is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide buyers from engagement through closing, leveraging Lennar’s selling philosophy and local market knowledge. You will generate and process leads, follow up through closing, maintain model homes and traffic, and travel locally to build relationships with Realtors and clients.

• 1–3 years of experience in new home sales or real estate.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel to local communities and work in-person.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors and determine their home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
• Provide timely follow-through from initial contact through closing and post-closing.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; coordinate maintenance.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Broker networks; prospect actively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and satisfaction.
