Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant in Corpus Christi, TX, to guide homebuyers from first contact to closing. You will use Lennar’s sales philosophy, manage relationships, and process closed sales with detailed records.

Responsibilities include visiting communities, building Realtor relationships, and maintaining model homes. A high school diploma is required; real estate license is preferred and travel within local communities is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors and determine home buying needs.
• Generate, process, and close home sales.
• Follow through with customers from initial contact to closing and post-closing.
