Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics seeks a procurement and operations specialist to support North American drayage activities. You will manage truck rate procurement, oversee Compcare/VI activities, and work with finance to reconcile invoices while driving cost reductions.

The role requires knowledge of Hellogic, BI tools, and strong communication. Associates degree and 1–3 years in intermodal/drayage are preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years in intermodal/drayage or seafreight operations preferred.
• Familiar with Hellogic, VI, and Business Objects a plus.
• Knowledge of trucking operations and Incoterms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of truck rates and rate management.
• Oversee day-to-day Compcare/VI operations and classification.
• Analyze drayage operations to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Support vendor invoice reconciliation and KPI monitoring.
• Communicate with North American stations and finance teams.
