Qualifications

• 1 year experience in planning or supply chain.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word; able to create and maintain active spreadsheets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g., drayage, planning).
• Oversee yard inventory procedures.
• Coordinate shipping schedules with vendors or transportation brokers.
• Develop requirements and standards (e.g., packaging, procurement, delivery).
• Discover cost-effective shipping modes and schedules.
• Foster relationships with vendors and team members.
• Organize transportation activities.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments.
• Research and coordinate with carriers.
• Track and trace domestic freight shipments.
• Run and update reports in various applications.
