NFI is seeking a Drayage Dispatcher in Edison, NJ to plan driver utilization for container movements between port locations and customer facilities. The role is Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with base hourly pay and opportunities to grow.
You will coordinate in‑house and sub‑hauler fleets, maintain KPI reporting, and ensure accurate load status updates in the operations system. Ideal candidates have port drayage experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Trinium.
The Drayage Dispatcher is responsible for planning the utilization of drivers/owner‑operators for container movements to and from port locations to customer facilities. Available shift: Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm.
The base hourly rate for this position is $23.28‑$30.00 per hour. NFI will consider applicants’ qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
