NFI in the United States seeks a Drayage Dispatcher to plan driver and owner-operator utilization for container movements to and from port locations to customer facilities. You will manage load planning, scheduling, dispatch, and KPI reporting.
The role requires port drayage experience, strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency with Trinium TMS, Outlook, Gmail, and MS Office. You will work in a fast-paced environment ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
The Drayage Dispatcher will be in charge of planning the utilization of the drivers/owner operators for container movements to and from port locations to customer facilities.
