NFI Industries is hiring a Drayage Dispatcher based in Edison, New Jersey. The role involves planning driver utilization for container movements between ports and customer sites. Responsibilities include load planning, driver scheduling, and maintaining communication regarding service issues.
A successful candidate will have at least one year of port drayage experience, effective communication skills, and a high school diploma. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and eligibility for comprehensive benefits.
The Drayage Dispatcher will be in charge of planning the utilization of the drivers/owner operators for container movements to and from port locations to customer facilities.
Available Shift: Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm
We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $23.28-$30.00/HOUR. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay.
