Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a DRAM Power Architect to shape power efficiency for next-generation AI-enabled memory. You will analyze power behavior, build models, and influence architectural decisions across design teams.

You will partner with Design, Product Engineering, and System Architecture to translate power requirements into actionable recommendations and define power targets throughout product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field with 8+ years of experience, or Master's/PhD in a related field.
• Experience in DRAM architecture, memory subsystems, power analysis, modeling, simulation, or data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performance AI-assisted DRAM power analysis including IDD characterization and workload-based modeling.
• Develop and maintain power models, methodologies, and tools for architecture evaluation.
• Translate power requirements into actionable recommendations for design decisions.
• Define and support DRAM power targets throughout product development.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Engineering, and System Architecture teams to implement power improvements.
