Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a DRAM Power Engineer to influence the power efficiency of next-generation memory products. You will perform AI-assisted power analysis, develop models, and translate requirements into actionable architectural guidance.

Collaborating with Design, Product Engineering, and System Architecture teams, you will define power targets across the product lifecycle and help balance power, performance, and energy efficiency in fast-paced AI-enabled memory solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant industry experience or advanced degree.
• Experience in DRAM architecture, memory subsystems, or power analysis is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Perform AI-assisted DRAM power analysis and IDD characterization.
• Develop and maintain power models, methodologies, and tools.
• Translate system requirements into power- and architecture-focused recommendations.
• Define and support DRAM power targets throughout product development.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Engineering, and System Architecture teams.
