Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical/computer engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience in DRAM/power analysis or related areas.
• Experience in multiple areas: DRAM architecture, memory subsystems, power modeling, or data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform AI-assisted DRAM power analysis, including IDD characterization and workload-based modeling.
• Develop and maintain power models, methodologies and tools for architecture evaluation.
• Translate system and customer power requirements into actionable recommendations for design decisions.
• Define and support DRAM power targets throughout product development.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Engineering and System Architecture teams to implement improvements.
