Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a DRAM Pathfinding & Process Integration Engineer in Albany, NY to lead early-phase technology investigations and translate requirements into integrated process solutions.

You will collaborate with lithography, etch, films, metrology, and modeling teams to accelerate learning and reduce risk as we push memory technology forward. The role partners with NY CREATES and suppliers to evaluate new process technologies and build AI-enabled analytics to speed decisions.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or equivalent in a technical field and 5+ years in semiconductor process integration or related R&D.
• Experience with DOE methodologies, statistical analysis, and problem-solving across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead early-phase technology investigations for next-generation DRAM concepts.
• Define structural, electrical, and manufacturability requirements for memory tech.
• Coordinate with lithography, etch, films, metrology, modeling, and device engineering teams.
