Rodenhiser Home Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Junior Service Technician to lead residential drain service calls, educate customers on the best financing options and maintenance plans, and mentor apprentices.

You will work with a team of technicians to ensure high-quality service and strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, upselling appropriate products, and maintaining organized workflow while upholding safety and SOP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Universal Certificate required.
• Minimum 90 days KPI tracking experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential drain service calls within expertise area.
• Establish rapport and sell suitable products and services with integrity.
• Educate customers on financing options and maintenance plans.
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging systems.
• Manage jobs to meet gross margins and KPIs.
• Mentor apprentices and ensure proper equipment handling.
