Hendrix Heating Cooling Plumbing in the United States is seeking a motivated Drain Technician to join our plumbing team. You will respond to residential service calls, diagnose drain issues, perform cleaning with professional equipment, and explain recommended services to customers.

If you have at least one year of drain experience, a valid driver’s license, and a strong mechanical mindset, you’ll fit well here.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Drain Technician or Drain Cleaner.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service calls and customer inquiries.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot drain and sewer system issues.
• Perform drain cleaning using professional equipment and techniques.
• Conduct camera inspections to identify blockages, breaks, and other drainage concerns.
• Operate hydro-jetting equipment to clean and restore drain lines.
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers.
• Maintain, repair, and restore drain and sewer systems.
• Inspect plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Accurately document work performed and communicate findings with customers and management.
