Thornton & Grooms Heating, Cooling & Plumbing seeks a skilled leader to unify the Drain Service and Drain Sales teams into a high-performance unit. You will coach technicians, develop structured plans for performance improvement, and drive overall department success.

We're looking for someone with over 3 years of leadership experience in home services or plumbing, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence. Benefits include unlimited PTO, medical, dental, vision, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in home services, plumbing, drains, or a related trade.
• Proven ability to develop people and improve measurable performance outcomes.
• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record for the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and unify the Drain Service and Drain Sales teams.
• Coach Drain Service Technicians and Drain Sales Specialists through field ride-alongs.
• Own department revenue, gross margin, and overall performance results.
