Service Professor in Grand Ledge, MI is seeking a Drain Technician to temporarily restore flow to residential drain lines, educate customers on care, and convert jobs into leads for the Sewer team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of plumbing, drain cleaning, or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CRM software and Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel) proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and quick, accurate communication with sales team.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized work truck.

Responsibilities

• Locate blockages and temporarily restore flow to home drains.
• Educate customers on sewer care practices.
• Convert jobs into leads for Sewer Sales.
• Establish customer rapport and document interactions.
• Handle payments and provide necessary documentation.
• Travel to customer homes and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Complete required trainings and meetings.
