Hendrix Heating Cooling Plumbing is seeking a motivated Drain Technician to join our Plumbing team in Georgia. You will respond to residential service calls, diagnose drain issues, and perform cleaning with professional equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as Drain Technician or Drain Cleaner required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.

• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and bending.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new methods and technologies.

What You\'ll Do

• Respond to residential service calls and customer inquiries
• Diagnose and troubleshoot drain and sewer system issues
• Perform drain cleaning using professional equipment and techniques
• Conduct camera inspections to identify blockages, breaks, and other drainage concerns
• Operate hydro-jetting equipment to clean and restore drain linesPrepare accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers
• Maintain, repair, and restore drain and sewer systems
• Inspect plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and performance
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance
• Accurately document work performed and communicate findings with customers and management

What You Need

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Drain Technician or Drain Cleaner
• Valid driver\'s license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting, bending, and working in various environments
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new methods and technologies
