Responsibilities

• Locate blockages and temporarily restore flow to home drain lines
• Educate customers on better sewer practices
• Convert job into a lead for Sewer Sales team
• Establish customer rapport to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate interaction notes in CRM
• Use mobile tech to document work orders and photos
• Collect payment and provide documentation
• Travel to customer homes and participate in trainings and on-call duties
