Job summary

United Imaging is seeking a passionate Digital Radiography (DR) Modality Manager to lead sales within a defined U.S. region. You will partner with account executives and partner teams to bring the DR portfolio to health systems, hospitals, and imaging centers, delivering trusted solutions.

As the technical product expert, you will build relationships, articulate clinical and financial value, and drive a robust sales funnel. We value authenticity, energy, integrity, and a hard-working mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in DR or related sales.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; clinical DR experience.
• Strong customer orientation, high energy and motivation; willingness to travel.
• Must reside in the territory.
• Excellent communication, business acumen, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain domain expertise in healthcare DR and monitor market/competition.
• Develop regional modality product strategy to meet market potential.
• Establish and grow United Imaging brand and installed base in region.
• Support account executives with strategy, product knowledge, clinical motivators.
• Understand customer needs across clinical, operational, financial aspects.
• Be the voice of the customer in planning, evaluation, purchasing, clinical usage.
• Consult and present product offerings and guide customers through sales process.
• Cultivate relationships with radiologists, managers, and technologists.
• Achieve sales quota for assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain a qualified funnel to ensure over-achievement.
• Engage internal teams to advance projects with product knowledge and demos.
• Maintain regional customer references and installed base.
