Job summary

Carestream Health is seeking a talented Customer Service, Medical Imaging Project Manager with experience in X-Ray/DR implementations and turnkey construction at customer sites. This remote role requires travel throughout the US for site work and pre-sales activities.

You will lead the full implementation lifecycle from site readiness through go-live, coordinate with facilities, architects, and internal teams, and ensure on-time delivery and revenue recognition for diverse healthcare

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering and/or Construction Project Management.
• Minimum 7 years of successful project management experience, preferably in medical devices and healthcare sites
• Clinical experience in radiography / medical imaging, strong understanding of digital radiographic X-ray systems, PACS, Networking, and clinical workflows.
• Ability to work with contractors, facilities teams, and internal Carestream resources. Ability to articulate site requirements to all trades.
• Ability to read blueprints; CAD knowledge a plus.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Experience leading cross functional teams and managing competing priorities.
• Strong customer-facing and issue resolution skills
• Expert use of MS Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead X-ray/DR implementations and turnkey construction at customer sites.
• Own full implementation lifecycle from order review to go-live.
• Coordinate with hospital facilities, contractors, architects, sales, service, and applications.
• Manage schedules, risks, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Drive revenue recognition through high-quality installs.
• Interface as the project’s single point of contact internally and externally.
• Support pre-sales activities like site assessments and risk reviews.
• Travel up to 60-80% to customer sites.
