Staker Parson Companies, a CRH Company, seeks a Dozer Operator to safely operate heavy equipment for groundwork and construction tasks. The role requires adhering to OSHA/MSHA safety standards, following foreman guidance, and performing routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related experience, and the ability to read blueprints and perform basic calculations. Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in construction environments.

• Ability to read blueprints or project documents and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow policies and safety regulations on site.
• Report problems to Foreman or Safety Manager.
• Follow Foreman directions for daily tasks.
• Perform minor maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Assist in training less-experienced workers.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as needed.
