Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, is hiring a Dozer Operator in Utah to operate heavy equipment for groundwork and construction projects. You will follow safety protocols, inspect equipment, and report issues to supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience (or training), willingness to travel and work nights/weekends, and adherence to OSHA/MSHA standards in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Experience pushing off highwalls building drill pads.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow OSHA / MSHA regulations and company policies.
• Report problems to Foreman or Safety Manager.
• Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees.
• Regular and predictable attendance; willing to travel and work nights/weekends.
