Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, seeks a skilled equipment operator to safely operate loaders, backhoes, track hoes, haul trucks and more at multiple Utah sites. You will help maintain safety and efficiency in daily operations.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to read simple instructions, and willingness to travel to various job sites. Training may be available; MSHA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow basic instructions and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of time and materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure safe slopes on excavations and proper barricading.
• Locate utilities prior to digging.
• Perform minor servicing or refer to supervisor.
• Maintain knowledge of trenching and shoring standards.
• Keep time and material records.
• Understand load weight requirements.
