Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a qualified equipment operator to join our sites. You will operate a dozer to manage stockpiles, push and move aggregates, and support plant and quarry operations while following safety procedures.

Candidates must perform pre- and post-operation inspections, report maintenance needs, and maintain clean, safe work areas. You will collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment and comply with company policies and safety rules.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
