Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking an operator to run a dozer at our Georgia site, supporting plant and quarry operations. You will push and level aggregate, manage stockpiles, and keep production flowing while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Candidates should perform routine inspections, report maintenance needs, and maintain clear communication with team members in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic and adherence to procedures are essential.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
