Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Dozer Operator for aggregates operations in Gainesville, GA. The role focuses on safely moving and leveling materials to sustain production flow at a quarry or plant site.

Responsibilities include pre/post-op inspections, maintaining safe work areas, and complying with all safety and environmental procedures while supporting the team’s performance goals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate a dozer safely and efficiently to manage stockpiles and maintain production flow
• Push, level, and move aggregate materials to support plant and quarry operations
• Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Maintain safe work areas and travel routes throughout the site
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support team success

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
