Position: Dozer Operator for Frac Assist

Location: Cameron, WV

Ten Mile is seeking a self-motivated Dozer Operator for frac assist. Operators can expect to earn $80,000-$90,000 annually, with a company vehicle and fuel card provided.

Shift Details: 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends. Work year-round in all weather conditions. Opportunity to pick up additional shifts during days off. Candidates must be capable of completing finish grade projects using GPS and working independently.

Equipment Operation Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as dozer, excavator, roller, skid steer, rock truck, grader, skidder

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment operation experience preferred
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Maintain Medical Examiner's Certificate for DOT vehicles
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, nights, and overtime as needed
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including PPE usage
• Perform daily equipment inspections and documentation
• Maintain a professional attitude towards clients and team members
• Work in all weather conditions and perform general labor duties when required
• Report to work on time and adhere to project-specific instructions
• Attention to detail and stress tolerance

Work Environment:

This position involves outdoor work in various climate conditions, from cold and rainy to hot and humid. Noise levels are moderate to high, with exposure to machinery noise.
