Ten Mile Equipment Operator - Frac Assist

Position Overview: We are seeking a self-motivated Equipment Operator for Frac Assist in the Hundred, WV area. The position offers an annual salary of $80,000 to $90,000, along with a company vehicle and fuel card.

Work Schedule: The role requires a 12-hour shift, with night shift and weekend availability. Work is year-round, regardless of weather conditions. Employees may also pick up shifts during days off. Must be capable of completing tasks independently.

Responsibilities:

Operate various heavy equipment including, but not limited to:

• Dozer
• Excavator
• Roller
• Skid Steer
• Rock Truck
• Grader

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment preferred
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
• Maintain a Medical Examiner's Certificate for DOT vehicles
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and nights as needed
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including wearing PPE
• Perform daily equipment inspections and documentation
• Maintain professional conduct and excellent customer service
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform general labor duties and other tasks as assigned
• Report to work at scheduled times with attention to detail and stress tolerance

Work Environment:

This role involves outdoor work in various climate conditions, from cold and rainy to hot and humid. The noise level can be moderate to high, with exposure to machinery noise.
