Ten Mile is looking for a self-motivated Dozer Operator for Frac Assist in the Hundred, WV area. Frac assist operators can typically expect to earn $80,000-$90,000 annually and receive a company vehicle and fuel card.

The position requires a 12-hour shift, with night shift and weekend availability. Work is year-round, regardless of weather conditions. Employees have the opportunity to pick up shifts during days off. Candidates must have the ability to complete finish grade projects using GPS and work independently.

Must be able to operate various pieces of heavy equipment in site reclamation, road work, and right-of-way pipeline work, including but not limited to:

• Dozer
• Excavator
• Roller
• Skid Steer
• Rock Truck
• Grader
• Skidder

Position Requirements:

• 2 years of previous experience operating heavy equipment preferred
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Maintain a Medical Examiner's Certificate for DOT vehicles
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and nights as necessary
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Wear PPE in designated areas
• Perform daily equipment inspections and documentation
• Demonstrate thorough operational knowledge of equipment
• Maintain a professional attitude with co-workers, supervisors, and clients
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform general labor duties as needed
• Report to work on time
• Pay great attention to detail and maintain stress tolerance

Environment

This position involves outdoor work in various climates, from cold and rainy to hot and humid. The noise level is usually moderate to high, with occasional exposure to machine noise.
