Ten Mile is looking for a self-motivated Equipment Operator for Frac Assist in the Hundred, WV area. Frac Assist operators can typically expect to earn $80,000-$90,000 annually and will receive a company vehicle and fuel card.

The position requires a 12-hour shift, with night shift and weekend availability. Work is year-round, regardless of weather conditions. Employees have the opportunity to pick up shifts during days off. Must be able to complete tasks independently.

Must be able to operate various heavy equipment used in site reclamation, road work, and pipeline right-of-way activities, including but not limited to:

• Dozer
• Excavator
• Roller
• Skid Steer
• Rock Truck
• Grader
• Skidder

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of previous heavy equipment operating experience preferred
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
• Maintain a Medical Examiner's Certificate for DOT compliance
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and nights as necessary
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Wear PPE in designated areas
• Perform daily equipment inspections and document findings
• Operate equipment with thorough knowledge and skill
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy with clients and co-workers
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Keep equipment clean and in good condition
• Follow supervisor instructions for daily tasks
• Work in all weather conditions

Environment
This role involves outdoor work in various weather conditions, from cold and rainy to hot and humid. The noise level is typically moderate to high, with occasional exposure to machinery noise.
