Position: Equipment Operator - Frac Assist

Location: Cameron, WV

Ten Mile is seeking a self-motivated Equipment Operator for the Frac Assist role. Operators can typically expect to earn $80,000-$90,000 annually and will receive a company vehicle and fuel card.

The position requires a 12-hour shift, with night shift and weekend availability. Work is year-round, regardless of weather conditions. Employees have the opportunity to pick up shifts during days off and must be able to complete tasks independently.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment preferred

• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and nights as needed
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Work Environment:

This role involves outdoor work in various climate conditions, with moderate to high noise levels from machinery. Proper safety measures and PPE are required at all times.
