Ten Mile - Dozer Operator (Frac Assist) - Hundred, WV

We are seeking a self-motivated Dozer Operator for Frac Assist in the Hundred, WV area. The position offers an annual salary of $80,000 to $90,000, along with a company vehicle and fuel card. The role involves 12-hour shifts, including night shifts and weekends, working year-round in various weather conditions. Employees have opportunities to pick up additional shifts during days off and must be capable of completing finish grade projects using GPS and working independently.

Responsibilities

The candidate must be able to operate various heavy equipment, including:

• Dozer
• Excavator
• Roller
• Skid Steer
• Rock Truck
• Grader
• Skidder

Position Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment preferred
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
• Maintain a Medical Examiner's Certificate for DOT vehicles
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and nights as necessary
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Perform daily equipment inspections and documentation
• Maintain a professional attitude with colleagues and clients
• Work in all weather conditions and perform general labor duties as needed
• Report to work on time and follow instructions from management
• Attention to detail and stress management skills

Work Environment

This position involves outdoor work in various climate conditions, with moderate to high noise levels, and exposure to machinery noise. Proper PPE must be worn, and safety protocols strictly followed.
