Park Place Parking & Fast Park and Relax seeks a full-time Property Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a designated downtown property in Atlanta. You will manage non-exempt staff, ensure policy compliance, coordinate maintenance, and maintain tenant relations.

The role requires scheduling, budgeting, and reporting duties, with strong communication and leadership skills to maintain efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience scheduling, tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Experience handling tenant inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
• Ability to enforce company policies consistently and fairly.
• Experience with record keeping, reporting, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of non-exempt staff including scheduling and task assignment.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety regulations on the property.
• Conduct regular property inspections for maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities: repairs, landscaping, cleaning; ensure timely completion.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with budget management and tracking expenses for the property.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on operations and maintenance.
• Train and onboard new employees; provide guidance for success.
• Collaborate with accounting, HR and marketing for smooth operations.
• Participate in regular management meetings to discuss issues and metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
