DoubleTree Nashville Downtown is hiring a Line Cook to join our Food & Beverage – Culinary team. You will prepare dishes to standard recipes, maintain proper portioning, and contribute to a memorable guest dining experience in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of hotel cook experience or similar, a High School diploma or equivalent, and a Manager’s Food Handlers Certification. We offer full-time benefits and hotel discounts.

Qualifications

• Culinary or Apprenticeship program preferred.
• Minimum 1 year cook experience in hotel.
• Minimum 1 year cook experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensures meticulous product storage and precise portion control for each dish.
• Minimizes spoilage and waste through effective product rotation.
• Monitors food, produce, and cooking supply levels to facilitate timely reordering.
• Maintains impeccably cleanliness and functionality of refrigeration, storage, and work areas.
