• 2 years of restaurant/culinary experience in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Knife skills and basic kitchen equipment usage.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive rapport with diverse personalities.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality and presentation of all food to guests in a timely manner.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure smooth service.
• Follow item specifications, including preparation, execution, and presentation.
• Adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies.
• Prevent spoilage and contamination by maintaining sanitation and health compliance.
• Maintain a clean work station including equipment and prep areas.
• Assist in daily cleaning of pantry, line, prep area, and dish area.
• Report maintenance or repairs needed to the Executive Chef.
• Follow department policies and restaurant rules as per Employee Handbook.
