Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton El Paso Downtown and Courtyard by Marriott El Paso Downtown are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales for both properties. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build key accounts, and maximize revenue through corporate, group, and leisure business while collaborating with hotel leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and meet sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of corporate sales, group bookings, and hotel market segments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts across two properties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems; familiarity with Hilton and Marriott platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with hotel leadership and revenue management.
• Willingness to attend networking events and client meetings outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue for both hotels.
• Identify, solicit, and secure new corporate accounts, group bookings, and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, travel agencies, and planners.
• Conduct sales calls, site visits, and negotiations from lead to contract.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with General Managers, revenue management, and F&B teams to fulfill client expectations.
• Represent the properties at networking events and trade shows.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, activity, and revenue forecasts.
