DoubleTree by Hilton El Paso Downtown and Courtyard by Marriott El Paso Downtown are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to oversee sales efforts for both properties. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, generate new business, and maximize revenue across two iconic downtown hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of corporate sales, group business, negotiated rates, and hotel markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts across two properties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems; familiarity with Hilton and Marriott platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and with hotel leadership.
• Willingness to attend networking events and client meetings outside regular hours.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals for two properties.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities including corporate accounts, group bookings, meetings, events, and leisure travel.
• Build relationships with local businesses, corporate clients, travel agencies, meeting planners, and community organizations.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, property tours, site inspections, and networking activities to increase hotel visibility.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation, booking, and client follow-up.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with General Managers, revenue management, front office, and food and beverage teams to ensure successful execution of group business and client expectations.
