Job summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to oversee sales efforts for both DoubleTree by Hilton El Paso Downtown and Courtyard by Marriott El Paso Downtown. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, generate new business, and maximize revenue across both properties.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in hotel sales, understands market trends, and can communicate effectively with leadership and revenue management to drive group business and events.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and exceed sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of corporate sales, group business, negotiated rates, and hotel market segments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for two hotels.
• Identify and secure corporate accounts, group bookings, meetings, and events.
• Build relationships with local businesses, travel agencies, planners, and organizations.
• Manage sales process from prospecting to contract, booking, and follow-up.
• Maintain active sales pipeline with timely follow-up on leads and proposals.
• Collaborate with GM, revenue management, front office, and F&B to meet client expectations.
• Represent hotels at networking events and trade shows.
