Job summary

Remington Hospitality seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales for DoubleTree El Paso Downtown and Courtyard El Paso Downtown. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build key client relationships, and drive revenue growth across both properties.

You will manage the full sales cycle, prospect new business, conduct site visits, and collaborate with revenue management and operations to deliver exceptional group and corporate experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of corporate sales, group business, and hotel markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts across two properties and work with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for two hotels.
• Identify, solicit, and secure new business including corporate accounts, groups, meetings, and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, agencies, planners, and organizations.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through contract negotiation, booking, and follow-up.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with timely follow-up on leads and proposals.
• Collaborate with GMs, revenue management, front office, and F&B teams to fulfill client expectations.
