DoubleTree by Hilton El Paso Downtown is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales efforts for both Downtown properties. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, generate new business, and maximize revenue across hotel brands.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in hospitality sales, understand market trends, and can collaborate with revenue management, operations, and leadership to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate new business and manage multiple accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of corporate sales, group business, and market segments in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for two hotel properties.
• Identify and secure new business including corporate accounts, groups, meetings, and leisure travel.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, travel agencies, and planners.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and follow-up.
• Maintain active sales pipeline with timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
