Horizon Hospitality in Downtown Chicago is seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager or AGM to join its leadership team. The role focuses on shaping team culture, delivering consistently high service standards, and leading a scratch-made dining program.

This hands-on position offers exposure to front- and back-of-house operations, oversight of financials, labor scheduling, and inventory, with opportunities to mentor staff and drive guest experiences in a busy, neighborhood-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience managing revenues of $4M or more.
• Strong, hands-on leadership style with a guest-first approach.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-demand service settings.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor scheduling, and inventory systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead team culture and maintain high service and operational standards.
• Oversee front- and back-of-house operations including dining, bar, and kitchen activities.
