Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience managing revenues of $4M or more.
• Strong, hands-on leadership style with a guest-first approach.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-demand service settings.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor scheduling, and inventory systems.

Position Overview

Compensation

Compensation: $75, 000 - $95, 000 base (commensurate with experience), comprehensive health, dental, & vision, 401k, PTO, dining discounts, transportation discounts, and much more!
