Job summary

Krispy Kreme is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Woodstock, GA to lead daily shop operations and ensure safe, fast, high-quality service. You will oversee a shift, partner with the shop leadership team, and help recruit, train, and schedule hourly Team Members while delivering a WOW guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of relevant experience, one year in supervising a team, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a commitment to an equitable culture.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
