Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Mayfield Heights, OH, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to ensure smooth shop operations and deliver a WOW guest experience. You will supervise a shift, coordinate with the shop leadership team, and help train and develop hourly Team Members while maintaining safety, quality, and speed.

The role requires at least two years of relevant experience, one year supervising a team, strong problem solving, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualificações

• Two years of relevant experience
• 1 year of experience supervising a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Travel 0-10%
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
