Job summary

Krispy Kreme in Branson, MO is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations and ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. You will lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members and collaborate with the shop leadership to support overall operations.

You will assist with scheduling, onboarding, and training, while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming culture where guests feel valued. This role offers growth opportunities within Krispy Kreme.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
