Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations in Columbia, SC. You will lead a team of hourly Team Members, ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed, and partner with the shop leadership team for smooth, high‑performing operations.

You will assist the AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, and training, while delivering exceptional guest service and fostering an inclusive culture where every teammate’s unique identity is welcomed and valued.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
