Job summary

Paycom in American Fork, UT is seeking a Bakery Supervisor to assure quality and freshness of our doughnuts and oversee daily production metrics. You will coach Doughnut Creators and Artists, drive team performance, and reduce waste while maintaining brand standards.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in bakery leadership, strong data interpretation skills (pars, inventory, COGs), and excellent communication. Ability to work varied shifts and ensure safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Two years in bakery setting with leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret pantry data such as pars, inventory, and COGs.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform functions of Doughnut Creators and Doughnut Artists.
• Oversee taste, freshness, and presentation of doughnut products daily.
• Monitor baking schedules and ingredient preparation.
• Provide feedback to enhance team performance and uphold brand standards.
• Mentor the team while enforcing safety and cleanliness policies.
• Ensure proper loading and labeling of trays; maintain logs for inspections.
• Support production by updating product needs and performing quality checks.
• Maintain oil recycling logs and cleanliness logs; ensure OSHA compliance.
