Job summary

Pinkbox Doughnuts Sandy in Sandy, UT is seeking a Bakery Supervisor to ensure the quality and freshness of our doughnuts, coach the Doughnut Creators and Artists, and drive team performance. You will monitor baking schedules, maintain logs, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Two years in a bakery setting with leadership experience and strong English communication are preferred, with the ability to work varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, and overnights.

Qualifications

• Two years in a bakery setting with leadership experience.
• Ability to read data such as pars and inventory.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform functions of Doughnut Creators and Doughnut Artists.
• Oversee taste, freshness, and decoration/presentation of doughnuts daily.
• Monitor daily baking schedules and ingredient preparation.
• Provide feedback to enhance team performance.
• Mentor the team while upholding brand standards.
• Ensure trays are loaded, labeled, and rotated correctly.
• Keep logs for inspections and reporting.
• Support production with quality checks and correct pars.
• Maintain cleanliness and oil recycling logs.
• Ensure uniform and safety shoe policy compliance.
• Promote safety and OSHA health standards.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
