Job summary

Paycom - ATS bakery is seeking a Bakery Supervisor to oversee daily doughnut production, ensure freshness and presentation, and drive quality while coaching the team. You will monitor bake schedules, perform quality checks, and maintain logs for rotations, sanitation, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Two years or more in a bakery setting.
• Ability to read and interpret data such as pars, inventory, COGs to adjust quality control.
• Strong verbal and written English; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee taste, freshness, decoration and presentation of doughnut products.
• Monitor daily baking schedules and ingredient preparation.
• Provide coaching to drive team performance and maintain brand standards of taste, freshness and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness standards, logs for sanitation and oil usage, and safety compliance.
• Promote safety and ensure adherence to health department and OSHA standards.
